Dredging

We specialize in sediment removal for inland ponds, tidal waterways, navigation channels, and stormwater basins. Our hydraulic suction systems move high volumes of material efficiently — and our amphibious rigs are compact and mobile so that we can reach your site.

Pond & Lake Restoration
Hydraulic sediment removal for stormwater basins, HOA ponds, and retention lakes. Restores storage capacity, improves water quality, and extends the life of your water feature.
Mechanical Dredging
High-volume suction/pipeline dredging for large-scale sediment removal and long-distance slurry transport to upland disposal or dewatering sites. Efficient for lake restoration and harbor maintenance.
Amphibious Long-Reach Excavation
Our 60-foot long-front excavators mounted on 28′ low-draft rig barges operate in as little as 18″ of water — reaching zones inaccessible to standard land or marine equipment. Self-launching and mobile.
Sediment Management & Disposal
Full-service planning for dredged material — including upland disposal coordination, dewatering cell design, beneficial reuse, and regulatory compliance with Army Corps of Engineers and state permits.
Common Applications
Navigation Channels Stormwater Ponds Lake Restoration Marina Basins HOA Retention Ponds Tidal Inlets Quarry Sites Flood Control

Shoreline
Restoration

Coastal and inland shoreline erosion is a silent threat that compounds over time. We engineer and install durable solutions — from solutions like rip-rap and seawalls to ecologically balanced Living Shoreline systems — tailored to your site’s specific conditions.

Rip-Rap Placement
Angular stone revetment installed along eroding banks to absorb wave energy and prevent further shoreline loss. Sized and graded per site-specific hydraulic analysis for long-term durability.
Seawall & Bulkhead Construction
Sheet pile, concrete, and timber seawall systems engineered for tidal and inland waterways. Includes deadman anchoring, tie-back systems, and cap construction for residential, commercial, and municipal clients.
Living Shoreline Restoration
Ecologically engineered solutions using native plantings, oyster reef sills, and marsh grass stabilization. Preferred by state and federal regulators, Living Shorelines restore habitat while controlling erosion naturally.
Erosion Assessment & Permitting Support
We evaluate the rate and cause of shoreline loss, advise on the most appropriate stabilization approach, and assist with state/federal permit applications including VMRC, Army Corps, and Chesapeake Bay Act compliance.

Dock Installation
& Repair

From single private docks to large pier systems, we deliver waterfront infrastructure built to last. Our crew handles every phase in-house — from pile driving and decking to structural repair and final inspection — with no hand-offs to subcontractors.

New Dock & Pier Installation
Full-service dock and pier construction including pile driving, gangways, and floating dock systems for residential properties, HOAs, waterfront parks, and commercial waterfront facilities.
Dock & Pier Construction
Fixed and floating dock systems using treated timber, composite, or aluminum decking. We install from initial pile driving through final hardware — built to withstand regional tidal cycles and ice loading conditions.
Structural Repair & Maintenance
Inspection, pile replacement, decking repair, fender system rehabilitation, and cathodic protection for aging docks and seawalls. We extend the service life of existing waterfront assets at a fraction of replacement cost.
Boat Ramp & Launch Facility
Concrete and paver boat ramp installation with proper slope engineering, approach grading, and wash-down pad construction for public access facilities, marinas, and waterfront parks.
Common Applications
Public Marinas HOA Waterfront Residential Docks County Parks Commercial Piers Boat Ramps Fishing Piers Waterfront Repair

Built for the
Sites Others Won’t Touch

We own and operate specialized marine equipment that opens access to shallow-draft, restricted, and ecologically sensitive project sites across the Mid Atlantic.

28′ Low-Draft Rig Barges
Self-launching and trailerable. Access restricted waterways, shallow tidal flats, and sites with limited staging areas — without waiting on tides.
60′ Long-Front Excavators
Extended-reach boom arms that dig up to 60 feet from the barge — critical for working along steep banks, confined channels, or ecologically sensitive buffer zones.
Hydraulic Pump & Pipeline
High-capacity suction dredge systems capable of pumping slurry hundreds of feet to upland disposal cells — minimizing barge traffic and disturbance.
14′ Material Barges
Dedicated spoil barges for mechanical dredging operations. Multiple units allow continuous excavation without halting for material removal and disposal cycles.
